Our guitars are carefully sourced from individuals and traders here in the UK as well as Japan and the USA.

What happens if I am not happy with the guitar I buy for any reason?

With our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee you can return the guitar to us within 7 days for a full refund. Conditions apply please see our returns policy in the Buyers Guide.
Do the guitars come with a guarantee?

All parts are guaranteed for 1 month on pre-loved guitars. There is no manufacturers warranty on new guitars (unless stated) as we are not an authorised dealer, however guitars will be new and exactly as described or your money back.
Can I contact you for further information on a particular guitar before I buy?

Yes, we sometimes don’t know everything but please use our online Contact Form to send an email to us and we will tell you all we know.
Do you buy guitars?

Yes we do. For more information, please refer to our We Buy Guitars page.
How often do you acquire new stock?

This varies a lot but we recommend you revisit our site every month to see the new stock. Please also subscribe to our newsletter where you will get details of all guitars that are about to be posted on the website.
Can i view a guitar before i decide to purchase?
Im afraid we are only internet based at present and for practical reasons cannot offer viewing/inspection before sale.
Will you be selling any Accessories to compliment the guitar sales?
Yes we will in the very near future.
